Duties

- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Oversee the operation of phone systems and ensure effective communication among staff and with guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest relations and improve overall service delivery.
- Conduct night audits as necessary to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols within the front office area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front desk or guest relations role within the hospitality industry; prior hotel management experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with guests.
