Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and recorded accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with guest relations, including providing recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
