Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support:
- Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and guest services.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all departments.
- Support the implementation of operational strategies to meet performance goals and improve guest satisfaction.
- Financial Assistance:
- Help oversee budget management, ensuring cost control and revenue maximization.
- Track financial performance and assist in analyzing reports to make data-driven decisions.
- Support the General Manager in identifying areas for financial improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Staff Management and Development:
- Supervise and guide hotel staff, ensuring high levels of performance and service quality.
- Support recruitment, training, and team-building efforts to maintain a skilled, motivated workforce.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to enhance employee growth.
- Guest Relations:
- Ensure that guests experience outstanding service, promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
- Implement strategies to boost guest satisfaction and ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
- Act as a point of contact for guest complaints, ensuring swift and effective resolution to maintain positive relationships.
- Sales and Marketing Support:
- Collaborate in the development of sales and marketing initiatives aimed at increasing occupancy and revenue.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with local clients, businesses, and potential guests.
- Keep track of competitor activities and market trends to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
- Operational Excellence:
- Support the maintenance of hotel cleanliness, safety, and overall operational standards.
- Assist in ensuring adherence to all brand guidelines, quality standards, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure consistency and excellence across all guest touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in hotel management or a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of financial management and budget oversight.
- Ability to problem-solve, work under pressure, and adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry, including regulations, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
