Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong time management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date in the system.
- File documents and maintain an orderly filing system for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting various departments within the organization.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in an office setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Worked with IHG Brand, and Opera system.
- or similar role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
