Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Address guest concerns or escalate issues as needed
- Perform night audit duties as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk, guest relations, or hospitality role preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Knowledge of resort operations is beneficial
