Responsibilities

- Oversee budgeting processes, including forecasting, monitoring expenses, and managing financial performance.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service delivery and effective resolution of issues.
- Supervise and mentor hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional development.
- Manage night audit processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
- Utilize phone systems effectively for guest inquiries, reservations, and communications with staff.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel’s services and enhance brand visibility in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management within a hotel or resort setting.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices.
