Hotel Maintenance

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and systems throughout the hotel.
• Utilize various tools and equipment to fabricate parts necessary for repairs and maintenance.
• Efficiently manage work orders and inventory using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and electrical systems to maintain functionality.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities with external contractors when required.
• Undertake welding tasks as needed to ensure the structural integrity of equipment and facilities.
• Utilize Ohmmeter for testing electrical circuits and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Skills:

• Proficiency in English to facilitate effective communication with team members and external vendors.
• Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Ability to fabricate parts using various tools and equipment as per maintenance requirements.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for efficient work order management and inventory control.
• Knowledge of logic controllers and electrical systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Capability to maintain equipment and facilities in optimal operational condition through proactive maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in using an Ohmmeter for accurate electrical testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience in supervising maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
• Welding skills are advantageous, contributing to the comprehensive maintenance capabilities of the team.

• Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

• Driver's License (Preferred)
