Responsibilities
Housekeeping Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries.
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle guests’ requests for additional amenities.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
Laundry Responsibilities:
- Wash, dry, and fold hotel linens, and towels
- Sort laundry by fabric type and cleaning method.
- Operate and maintain laundry machines and equipment.
- Inspect linens and towels for stains or damage.
- Ensure proper storage and inventory of clean laundry.
- Follow safety guidelines when handling detergents and chemicals.
Breakfast Staff Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and presentation.
- Prepare and replenish food items, including hot and cold dishes.
- Serve guests and assist with special dietary requests.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene standards.
- Clean tables, counters, and kitchen areas after breakfast service.
- Restock breakfast supplies and report inventory needs.
