Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
- Assist with laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing excellent service to guests during their stay.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and adhere to all safety protocols.
Skills
- Proficiency in industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices.
- Experience in housekeeping management or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care methods and equipment operation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
