We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. Duties
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a pristine environment.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques and chemicals.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store laundry items according to established procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred, particularly in a hotel setting.
- Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus.
