Location: Confidential – Abilene, TX
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and brand standards
Conduct daily inspections of rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and overall guest readiness
Order and manage housekeeping supplies, maintaining inventory control and budget compliance
Assist in cleaning guest rooms during peak periods or staff shortages
Train, coach, and support new and current housekeeping team members
Use strong situational leadership to motivate staff, resolve conflicts, and respond to unexpected challenges
Prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure efficient and timely completion of duties
Qualifications:
Proven housekeeping and supervisory experience (hotel experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success in managing teams and handling real-time operational challenges
Strong knowledge of hospitality cleaning procedures and brand standards
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
