Responsibilities
- Sanitize and clean assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and presentable for guests or residents.
- Perform carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of all surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping duties efficiently while adhering to established schedules and protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any needs for replenishment or maintenance.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless operation within the facility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial but not required.
