We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide custodial services in various settings, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and hotels.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and maintain a high level of customer service throughout all interactions.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in an organized manner.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
Skills
- Experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to clean efficiently while adhering to established protocols for sanitation and safety.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments such as hotels or private residences.
