What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintanance Technician position at Holiday Inn Express and Suites?
Need someone with basic knowledge of how to maintain the hotel. From shampooing carpets to fixing leaks and air conditioners , as well as maintaing the guest rooms. I need a jack of all trades.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Houston, TX 77024: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
