We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and appearance of all hotel facilities. Your role involves performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks across various systems to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Survey building and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with local requirements and brand standards.
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets)
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
- Perform manual repairs when necessary
- Conduct general upkeep procedures
- Snow removal as needed
- Driving our shuttle to transport guests to and from various locations and the hotel.
Skills
- Positive attitude and motivated to excel
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- 21 years old with a valid drivers license and clean MVR
- Professional in conduct and appearance
- Ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a positive environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
