What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS AND SUITES?
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Oro Valley, Arizona, is looking to hire a qualified, experienced maintenance technician to join our staff.
Basic responsibilities include:
- Performing preventative maintenance care in hotel rooms
- Performing preventative maintenance care of common areas, including fitness facility, pool/spa, breakfast area, and laundry rooms
- Maintaining complete and detailed records of all maintenance performed, facility inspections, safety standards, systems inspections, etc.
- Performing necessary maintenance on an as-needed basis
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as wallpaper application, silicone application, painting, cleaning equipment, inspecting, etc.
- Perform intermediate tasks such as maintaining PTAC units, equipment repair and upkeep, simple electrical work
- Assist in special deep-clean projects
- Other duties as necessary
Candidates with Maintenance or building experience will be preferred.
