Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service and hospitality.
- Perform night audits, balancing accounts and preparing financial reports.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, addressing inquiries and reservations efficiently.
- Utilize OPERA and other computer systems for guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all hotel guests during night shifts.
- Address guest concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
Shifts Available: 11p-7am
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
