We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position involves performing front desk duties, managing guest relations, and conducting financial audits to ensure accuracy in daily transactions. Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication with guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the night.
- Prepare daily reports for management review, highlighting occupancy rates and revenue generated.
- Prepare breakfast for guests while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus.
- Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
- Experience working at a resort or similar establishment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
