What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Night Auditor position at Holiday Inn Express and Suites?
Holiday Inn Express Wolf Rd is seeking an experienced weekend night auditor to join our team. Ideal candidates are ambitious, hardworking professionals with experience in hotel operations and guest service. The night auditor is responsible for performing all end-of-day functions as well as communicating with the front desk and management teams. This role works autonomously and performs basic functions alone, such as checking guests in and out, reconciling credit card batches and addressing any problems or concerns without supervision. This position is exclusively overnight on the weekends. Exceptional guest service is a priority, putting the needs of the guest first.
Shift Information: Saturday and Sunday 11pm-7am
This position requires the following:
- Neat, professional appearance
- Friendly, helpful, and empowering attitude toward guests and other staff members
- Ability to work independently, accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of OPERA PMS
- Knowledge of what local attractions, restaurants and transportation services
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming and assisting guests during their stay.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while ensuring a smooth flow of hotel activities.
- Handle multi-line phone systems to address inquiries and reservations efficiently.
- Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain hotel security.
- Foster a hospitable environment by addressing guest needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Follow all guidelines provided by IHG and hotel leadership ensuring all work is completed daily and contributions are made to all initiatives.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
