We are looking for a part time night auditor for 2 nights a week
The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing the front desk, performing nightly audits of financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to handle incoming calls and provide information to guests.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Skills
- Proficiency in night audit procedures and financial reporting.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus (multilingual).
