Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management.
Skills
- Proficient in various floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, and buffing.
- Strong background in hospitality with an understanding of guest service expectations.
- Ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Experience in hotel or custodial environments is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods is a plus for larger facilities.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
