Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical systems and maintenance management, ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks while maintaining safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems, logic controllers, and low voltage electrical systems.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for diagnostics and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime during repairs or maintenance activities.

Skills

• Proficient in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and low voltage electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of maintenance management principles and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Leadership capabilities to manage a diverse team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed
