Duties

- Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations promptly using the hotel management system.
- Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of guest relations.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering calls and responding to inquiries.
Requirements
