Responsibilities
- Set up and replenish breakfast buffet items, ensuring all food is fresh and presented attractively.
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding food options, dietary restrictions, and hotel amenities.
- Assist with catering or banquet services as needed during special events or peak periods.
- Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of breakfast items.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
- Ability to provide excellent guest relations and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage service is a plus.
- Experience with catering or banquet services is beneficial but not required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
