Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing exceptional guest services.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
- Assist guests with requests and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Prepare daily financial reports for management review.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and front desk operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling guest inquiries effectively.
