Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, friendly and detailed Front Desk Agent to join our team in delivering exceptional Guest experiences at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our Guests, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hotel procedures, and the ability to handle various Guest inquiries with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet Guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring all Guest information is accurate.
- Handle Guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist Guests effectively.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages to appropriate staff members.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure Guest rooms are prepared and maintained to high standards.
- Process payments accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist in managing reservations through various platforms while ensuring data accuracy.
- Uphold IHG Brand standards and procedures while maintaining a positive atmosphere for Guests.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on Guest relations in a hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles is an advantage.
- Proficient in using phone systems and reservation software. IHG Opera experience is a plus!
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule : Afternoon/Evening Shift (3pm to 11pm and/or 6pm-11pm)

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
