What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Service Agent/Night Auditor position at Holiday Inn Express East Peoria, Riverfront?
Holiday Inn Express East Peoria is currently adding a Front Desk Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor to our team! We are looking for individuals who are able to work a variable schedule based on need. Hours are 2nd shift 3pm to 11pm (days vary) and 3rd shift 11pm to 7am (Friday, Saturday & Sunday).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides high-quality customer service.
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
- Other duties as required with the department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (nice to have but not required).
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
