Join our team as a Front Desk Agent at our prestigious hotel. We are seeking a customer-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality to provide exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with reservations, both over the phone and in person
- Manage guest requests promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software is advantageous
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
