Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check-in and check-out experiences. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
The position will be ranging from one day a week to 3 days a week as needed. It will be a floating position meaning either the morning shift or night shift. We need someone who is energetic and upbeat, who can also work well under pressure.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone systems, email, and in-person.
- Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain the integrity of hotel operations.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and record keeping.

Experience
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in phone systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
