Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
- Perform residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Supervise maintenance staff during projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs in a timely manner.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
- Basic skills in residential painting to assist with upkeep of facilities.
- Supervisory experience is a plus for overseeing maintenance operations.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team.
