We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, adhering to the highest standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and polishing as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team within the hospitality sector.
