- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and changes as needed
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including night audit procedures, is desirable
