What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Public Areas Cleaning Attendant position at Holiday Inn Express Kingdom City?
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and elevators
- Vacuum carpets and rugs in public areas
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of stairways and entrances
- Restock supplies in public areas as needed
- Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- Respond to guest requests for housekeeping services promptly and with a friendly attitude
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or custodial work is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
