Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-maintained.
• Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality standards and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition by performing basic maintenance checks and reporting issues as necessary.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Experience in hotel or industrial cleaning settings is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
