Duties
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations, including occupancy rates and revenue figures.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering calls from guests or potential customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and night audit procedures is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for managing financial records accurately.
- A background in hospitality management or related fields will be beneficial in understanding operational dynamics.
