- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to enhance guest relations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Requirements
