- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest needs.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and room readiness.
- Assist multilingual guests by providing support in their preferred language when possible.

Requirements
