We are seeking a results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, grow our local negotiated rate (LNR) accounts, and drive group leisure business. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and group leisure clients to maximize revenue.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure LNR accounts to drive business growth.
- Proactively seek and secure group as well as leisure business, including tour groups, sports teams, and social events.
- Conduct outside sales calls, networking events, and site visits to generate new business.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership and brand representatives to develop strategic sales plans.
- Track and analyze sales performance to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Represent the hotel at local events, trade shows, and community partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous hotel sales experience preferred, especially in LNR account growth and group leisure sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Experience with sales CRM systems and hotel property management systems is a plus.
