Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. This is a paid position.
Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring all food and beverage stations are fully stocked
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with any questions or special requests
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, pastries, cereals, and hot dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, including wiping tables, cleaning spills, and restocking supplies
- Clear tables and clean dishes promptly to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests
- Monitor food inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols while handling food and beverages
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and food handling procedures is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
