Seeking a positive leader to support the Housekeeping department of our Award Winning hotel. Ideal candidate is an upbeat and encouraging people-person with a keen sense for detail and cleanliness. Day-to-day duties include managing staffing requirements, plan and assign work and establish performance and development goals for employees. Maintain and order supplies and equipment in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing waste. Weekend availability required - alternating weekends off possible. We strive for quaility of life for our staff, but we're open on weekends so we do our best to rotate weekends for all team members.
