Duties:
- Collect dirty laundry, wash, fold and store according to standards
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities according to standard
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Notify appropriate person if any damage is noticed
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Skills:
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper usage, and safety precautions
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for guests and team
- Must be physically able to lift a 5 gallon bucket of detergent and fold laundry using appropriate body mechanics
