We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management of any shortages.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of custodial practices and floor care techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in interactions with guests and staff.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
