Duties
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins and check-outs during overnight shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with any administrative tasks as required, including data entry and report generation.
- Uphold hotel standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (Opera PMS) is beneficial but not required.
