What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Attendant position at Holiday Inn Express & Suites / Moundsville?
We are looking for an organized, team-focused Housekeeper to join us at our Award Winning, 123 room Holiday Inn & Suites, Moundsville, WV! The newest & largest hotel in the area, we are looking for the right person to join in our mission of great customer service and staff culture.
Responsibilities:
- Make beds neatly with fresh linen (including: sheets, duvets, duvet covers, and pillowcases)
- Remove dirty linen from room
- Pick up debris/trash, remove and empty waste baskets
- Clean guest room fixtures
- Check appliances, equipment, and furniture for damage or repairs
- Disinfect guest room and bathroom
- Replenish room supplies
- Operate vacuum cleaner
- Turn in lost and found items to front desk immediately
- Restock housekeeping cart and floors
- Any additional duties as assigned by management
Job Physical Aspect:
- Requires ability to stand/walk for entire shift
- Bending, crouching and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs
- Ability to perform housekeeping duties using the approved chemicals and equipment
