- Part-Time, Weekend Shifts on Friday & Saturday
- AM Shift (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) & PM Shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
About the Role:
As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the face of the hotel, delivering friendly, welcoming, and efficient service to make every guest’s stay memorable. From check-in to check-out, you’ll be the key to creating positive experiences for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and well taken care of.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet Guests with a Smile: Register guests, handle special requests, and assign rooms that exceed expectations.
- Be a Resource: Know the ins and outs of the hotel—be ready to share the scoop on all facilities, room rates, and special promotions.
- Master Multitasking: Juggle a variety of tasks like handling phone calls, providing wake-up calls, managing payments, and working closely with team members in other departments.
- Build Relationships: Use your excellent communication skills to engage with guests, making their experience memorable while promoting the rewards program and encouraging repeat stays.
- Stay on Your Toes: Keep things running smoothly by adhering to hotel procedures, handling check-outs, lost-and-found, and emergency protocols, and ensuring all guest interactions are top-notch.
- Be a Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, whether it’s with Housekeeping, Reservations, or Valet staff.
Skills & Experience:
- Customer-Service Rockstar: Previous experience working with people and a passion for delivering great service.
- Tech-Savvy & Quick on Your Feet: Comfortable with computers, payment systems, and typing at least 25 words per minute.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English, and if you speak another language, that’s a bonus!
- Multi-tasker Extraordinaire: Able to keep things moving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Positive & Professional: A calm demeanor when handling guests' concerns and a team-first attitude.
