Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours. Your primary focus will be on food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast items in accordance with food safety standards.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked.
• Assist guests with their breakfast selections and provide excellent guest relations.
• Monitor food quality and freshness throughout the service period.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas after service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.

Experience

• Previous experience in food handling or preparation is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices.
• Experience in guest services or relations within a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus.
• Skills in using tools such as OpenTable for managing guest reservations are advantageous.
• Knowledge of meat cutting or cooking techniques can enhance your application but is not required.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
