Job Description: We are currently looking for a part-time front desk agent-2nd shift 2pm-10pm. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for: maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times; welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone. As part of this job, this individual is required to: demonstrate good computer skills ~ typing is a must; accurately handle cash and charges; present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Check guests in/out*Give directions to hotel, local areas*Take telephone reservations*Greet and welcome guests*Will also assist in setting up breakfast buffet and keeping the lobby clean and presentable Maintains an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments. Manages and resolves all guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Processes guest check-outs and handles monetary transactions. Maintains customers' privacy. Maintains a high level of professional appearance and demeanor. Can stand for long periods of time Provide every guest with a personal, exceptional experience Uphold hotel policies and procedures Ability to multitask Must be able to work some weekends and holidays. Must be honest, responsible, prompt and a Team Player at all times.
