Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as fixing electrical fixtures, plumbing issues, and HVAC systems
- Keep the hotel grounds and public areas in pristine condition
- Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance
- Assist with setting up and tearing down for events or meetings
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of hotel equipment
Requirements:
- Prior maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
Schedule:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Weekend availability is required.
