Looking for Full Time Maintenance.
Maintenance department is responsible for building and grounds/parking lot maintenance.
Maintenance Department is responsible for Monthly and Quarterly preventative maintenance of guest rooms.
Maintenance Department is responsible for Snow removal of sidewalks and front entry.
Knowledge and experience in plumbing, in-room HVAC systems, pool, electrical systems, painting, and/or handy-man are preferred. Some lifting is required in this department.
Ability to prioritize work orders or verbal instructions based on occupancy.
