We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment for guests and staff. This role is essential in upholding our cleanliness standards and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms, common areas, and/or office spaces according to established standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest room supplies
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and clean windows
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Sanitize bathrooms, replenish toiletries, and restock towels
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Handle laundry duties as needed (washing, drying, folding)
- Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good physical condition and ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and techniques
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Working Conditions:
